The Artist
One of the most fulfilling endeavors emerged when Deborah began painting works that expressed her spiritual beliefs and hope for life. God has given her a talent that she has chosen to give back to Him, as she submits to His prompting. The merging of her talents and her faith have produced some provocative and inspirational paintings. As a Christian artist in Orlando, Florida she believes that art is a wonderful way to impact the lives of people through these visual encounters.
Deborah has always had a passion for creating beauty through art. Painting has become a beloved method for her expression. She loves to create works that have mood, luxuriant color and the dramatic illusion of light in them. The Acrylic medium allows her to create unique images that have a vibrant richness, and a form of atmosphere that are said to evoke an emotional connection to the viewer while presenting the scriptures in a unique way.
She has received recognition for her work even as a child, and won numerous awards throughout her artistic career. "The Cello" is a nationally award winning paintings which sold in Kirkland's Home Stores through out the USA. Her painting "Broken Vessel" won 3rd place in the Osceola Center for the Arts: Spring Arts Festival in May 2010. She is also an internationally known artist, with her work on display at the Israeli Leadership Institute in Israel.
Deborah feels truly blessed that she can pursue and share her passion for God's principles through art. She will never tire of the joy and fulfillment it brings.
